Revisions for the Convention meeting space Contract

The dates (18-21 May 2000) and room-night requirements have been OK'd by the board of directors.
There are just a few more changes needed before we can sign.

Change the "Account Name" to "The Esperanto League for North America" and the Client's Name to the
same; Michael Sloper (the director of ELNA's central office) will probably be signing for ELNA.

Add 10 sleeping-room reserves for Wednesday night 17 May (for the board members who will be meeting
on Thursday) and 10 for Sunday 21 May (some people will want to stay in Atlanta for an excursion an
additional day). People reserving rooms on these nights should count toward our 120 room-night total.

Anyone mentioning "Esperanto", "ELNA", or "ESMA" when reserving a room should get the convention
room rate.

Add one room - likely a suite near the other sleeping-rooms reserved - which can be set up (Friday-
Sunday) with a few small tables with chairs, & a larger table at which snack foods & soft-drinks can be
served. - Plus catering for a small amount of snack foods and soft drinks each day. We'll contract about
catering details later, with the banquet.

If possible we would like to reserve the hotel swimming pool for three hours on Saturday (2pm to 5pm).

We would like permission to put up signs in the lobby & halls directing latecomers to the registration table,
meeting rooms, etc. They can be in whatever wall-safe format you approve, or on free-standing easels.

Similarly, signs or easel boards outside each meeting room showing its daily program.

Please explicitly note that the banquet details will be contracted separately.

We may want to contract for audio-recording services. This won't be part of the original contract but please
mail a price list.

To avoid abusing my work fax privileges, please postal-mail everything except the revised draft contract to
my home address; send the contract to my work fax, 770-564-8001. After I look over it & see all revisions
are correct, I'll ask you to fax it to 510-653-1468 (ELNA's central office).

Mail the audio recording price list, map(s) of the hotel meeting room floors for use in preparing our
program book, and any further catering price lists to my home address:

Express mail the contract, when we're ready to sign, to:
The Esperanto League for North America
PO Box 1129
El Cerrito CA 94530
Or Michael Sloper may give you a street address to FedEx the contract to.
